Open Communication

Therefore, employee satisfaction is measured regularly – on a voluntary and entirely anonymous basis. For employees, the working environment analysis is a good opportunity to state their opinion and their level of satisfaction regarding their colleagues, leadership, organization, information, and employee participation as well as the company's service performance. The aim is to make dissatisfaction and problems transparent and to promote intense, open communication between managers and employees.

Within the scope of the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) model, ZF has committed itself to also consider the employee's point of view, to the benefit of sustainable corporate governance.
