Berlin's trendence Institute has already conducted its Graduate Barometer for the 13th time. With just under 23,000 participating pre-graduate students, who are asked about their preferences and priorities regarding the start of their career, it is the most important employer ranking. ZF Friedrichshafen AG comes in 23rd in the survey.
Thus, ZF Friedrichshafen AG is among the 25 most attractive employers in Germany among students of engineering. ZF is the favorite employer of 2.0% of the future graduates of engineering.
Especially pleasing: Students and graduates associate central elements of our corporate culture, such as e.g. collegiality, family-career balance, or the attractiveness of the job assignments, with ZF. In this category, ZF is one of the top 15 companies. ZF is a reliable employer opening up career opportunities and taking on responsibility for its employees. Besides engineering, the study also analyzes the fields of IT and economics. Here, ZF is among the top 100 employers in Germany, too.
