Company retirement fund (ZF pension)

All employees on permanent contracts receive employer contributions to the ZF pension. Private savings for retirement are becoming increasingly important. ZF is prepared for this and has developed a range of attractive plans for employee pension schemes. The essential common denominator in all these plans is the option to convert gross income into pension payments. The ZF pension offered to all employees on permanent contracts is contribution-oriented based on a company-financed component and employee contributions.

Profit-sharing system in Germany

ZF achieves its corporate objectives by consistently rewarding employee performance. Wage earners in Germany are eligible for a profit-sharing scheme with variable components. The revision of the profit-sharing scheme for wage earners in Germany has brought the payment of bonuses more closely in line with the ZF Group strategy. Profit-sharing is linked to the two key financial indicators of value-oriented control of ZF: Return on capital employed (ROCE) and operational profit.
