Career chance trainee program

The projects in different areas - logistics, finance, marketing - knowing people from all over the world and working in international teams were very exciting challenges for me. The program is well structured to develop key characteristics like teamwork and leadership. During the seminars, the trainees could work together, exchange experiences as well as have fun.
It was amazing to see how the same job could be performed with so many different approaches - and it works! The trainee program is definitely a good opportunity to improve the career.
Now I'm working in the strategic logistics department - N division - and am looking forward to the new challenges.
