ZF Ambassador Program
We established the ZF Ambassador Program to enable direct and permanent contact between ZF and university students. The ZF Ambassador Program includes students who have completed an internship at different ZF locations before. After their "active time", they act as a connection between ZF and their university. Their task is to answer questions about ZF directly on site - e.g. about possible employment opportunities. Due to their personal experience and networks, they can facilitate realistic insights into the every-day life at ZF. On the other hand, they organize specialist presentations of ZF experts and plant tours at the different locations for their fellow students.
Exchange between the ambassadors is supported by the company with regular events. Thus, the students can extend their contact to other fellow students and the company. Furthermore, ZF offers "its ambassadors" possibilities for personal development, for example by participating in trainings on project management or presentation skills.
At the moment, we have ZF ambassadors at the universities in Karlsruhe, Munich, Stuttgart, Aachen, Dresden, Konstanz, Reutlingen, Passau, Kaiserslautern, and Schweinfurt.
