ZF on site
The ZF Ambassador Program enables ongoing direct contact with students at universities. ZF Ambassadors are students who have completed an internship with ZF and subsequently inform other students about internships with the company. They serve as your contacts at universities and facilitate communication with ZF. ZF Ambassadors are currently at universities in Dresden, Munich, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Passau, Aachen, Kaiserslautern and Schweinfurt.
What happens after you graduate?
ZF currently fills more than half of its job vacancies from the pool of undergraduates at target universities. The majority of academic vacancies at ZF are filled by university graduates and young professionals. ZF places high priority on advanced training after graduation. The company has a well-developed personnel development system that ensures individual training and support for company employees.
ZF is also involved in a number of international universities outside of Germany, including Pilsen/Czech Republic, Shanghai and Beijing China and Rhode Island/USA.
