You already understand the theory and now want to develop your practical skills? ZF offers internships to students from all subject areas along with opportunities to gain practical experience while they are still at university. This gives talented students a chance to work as an intern at one of the company’s international foreign sites.
Internship with ZF
During your internship, you will have the chance to support ongoing ZF projects along with operational and strategic activities. You can work side-by-side with skilled experts and ask questions – with plenty of opportunities to contribute your own ideas. As a high-tech corporation with a global market presence, ZF is always looking for motivated students with a technical or business background. The company is especially interested in students specializing in the following fields:
- Mechanical engineering
- Electrical engineering
- IT
- Industrial engineering
- Business management
The choice is yours!
When it comes to the choice of internships, ZF strives to meet your needs. Possibilities include a compulsory internship or an internship in conjunction with your the first or second practical semester, or a voluntary internship, for example during a semester break. Whichever internship you choose, you should plan to spend at least three to six months with ZF.
Generation internship? Not at ZF!
An internship should offer an excellent opportunity to enhance theoretical knowledge gained at a college or university with hands-on experience working for a company. The idea is to help students prepare for a long-term career. With this in mind, ZF only offers internships to students who are enrolled at a college or university. Regular positions at ZF are not filled with interns. The company pays students for the time they spend in an internship position.
