International internships at ZF
ZF operates 123 production sites in 27 countries around the world. The company offers international internships for motivated students who want to gain experience working for a global player. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about working in an intercultural environment and develop your language skills.
Application and selection process
- International internship vacancies are listed throughout the year in the ZF internship portal. The company is currently accepting applications for listed positions only. General applications for international internships or for specific ZF sites are not being accepted at the present time.
- If you find a position that interests you in the ZF internship database, you may submit an online application for the listed position.
- Once ZF receives the required documents, your application will be checked to ensure you meet the general requirements for an international internship.
- Please note: Candidates who have successfully completed an internship of more than three months at a ZF site in Germany will be given preference.
- If your application is accepted, it will be forwarded to the relevant international ZF sites.
- The decision whether to accept an internship candidate is made independently by the ZF international sites. If your application is accepted, you will be contacted for an interview by phone.
- If this telephone interview is successful, you will be contacted by the corresponding ZF site with details about the employment contract, visa formalities, travel arrangements, etc.
- Please be patient! Since the selection process involves several stages and ZF sites, it may take several weeks before you are contacted.
