ZF: Investing in the Future
ZF is actively investing in a huge variety of strategic cooperations, partnerships, and initiatives.
They all feature the following joint characteristics: Top quality and future-oriented alignment.
For ZF, technical top performance and innovations are among the core brand values which must be safeguarded in the future as well. The company?s ambitious objectives can only be attained through highly-qualified staff members because they are the very backbone of innovations and competitiveness; they ensure that the cooperation between science and economy becomes a success.
As a logical consequence, ZF?s cooperations, partnerships, and initiatives constitute a tool which is needed to detect particularly gifted and talented employees at an early point in time and to promote them as well as students e.g. by means of an internship spent with ZF or a joint diploma thesis.

If you're on an international program, 50% of your studies will be completed abroad. In addition to the theoretical contents of your studies, you will be dealing with at least one more language and gain experience with other cultures. The duration of your course will be identical to that of a national program. There will be no special status as with some other exchange programs.
What do I get out of it?
Internationalization is of increasing importance for companies and markets. International experience and a bilingual educational background are therefore decisive advantages of the top engineers or managers of tomorrow. Moreover, completion of such a course is a clear evidence of the special ambition of the student. Altogether, these are the best prerequisites for a successful start of a career at ZF.
How can I take part in international courses?
In Germany, there are already more than 200 programs which offer dual diplomas. Unfortunately, it is not possible to present all of them here.
