Welcome to the International ZF Trainee Program

ZF Friedrichshafen AG would like to invite you to apply to the International Trainee Program.

As a Trainee, you would complete projects at ZF locations both within and outside of Germany as well as build a company-wide coworker network.

You are responsible for your own program. Develop yourself ! is the motto for the program. This means, you organize your own individual projects at a location of your choosing. Additionally, while working on your individual project, you work with your fellow trainees on a team project. You also participate in workshops aiming to support your personal and professional development.

Through working on these projects, your professional, methodical and social competence is further developed. This way, you will be better prepared for the position you will take after the program is finished.
