Current harmonization of business processes throughout the ZF Group requires the PPM complaint rate and the delivery performance of all ZF suppliers to be determined in a standardized manner for the entire group.

Since January 01, 2004, we have been adapting our EDP systems in order to determine the PPM complaint rate in a standardized manner. In addition to the already introduced standardized determination of the delivery performance, this is a further significant element of the assessment of the quality performance of our suppliers.

Other performance indicators that were agreed upon with you still remain valid.
