For these SACHS products, the same warranty agreements apply as for new parts.

Strict test criteria and highly qualified remanufacturing experts

All around the world, highly qualified remanufacturing experts and stringent process and test criteria ensure that used parts become quality products which are as good as new.

The remanufacturing process starts with thorough cleaning. The steps that follow are professional disassembly and the diagnosis of defective individual components or wear parts requiring replacement. This test is carried out by experienced specialists.

Afterwards, all individual components go to assembly, where they are professionally remanufactured and brought back to the state of the art. In accordance with the strict standards from volume production, the parts pass through the same demanding processes, measurements, and inspections as a volume production product. This also includes compliance with the latest quality and environmental standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, as well as customer-specific requirements such as TS 16949.

Remanufacturing ends with functional testing at the test bench. The released product can then be reintroduced to the market. Its quality can be compared to that of a new original equipment product.
