TecDoc Certified Data Supplier
for SACHS, LEMFÖRDER, BOGE and ZF Parts
ZF Services has been awarded 2004 the "TecDoc Certified Data Supplier" seal of quality for its SACHS and BOGE product brands, and now also for LEMFÖRDER and ZF Parts.
This represents the highest achievement in quality that TecDoc presents for "superior achievements in data maintenance" as of version 1/ 2005.
The bar to achieve this status is not exactly set at a low level: one must fulfill several criteria to receive this award. The margin of error in the delivered articles tables can only amount to a maximum of 1 %; used additional description of articles must conform to TecDoc by at least 99% and translation of more than 99% of text modules must be available in the core languages.
The introduction of the "Certified Data Suppliers" seal has been done at the request of data feeders and users. They both strive to increase acceptance of TecDoc in the international aftermarket through improved data quality.
Achieving the data quality seal allows brands like SACHS, LEMFÖRDER, BOGE and ZF Parts to further differentiate themselves from suppliers of more inferior quality. The fact that some of our strongest competitors have yet to receive a "Certified Data Supplier" seal attests to the difficulty in achieving this status.
