Automatic transmissions, such as ZF's eTronic, are gaining ground in markets like Europe or Japan. With short torque interruption only and a maximum level of efficiency, the eTronic also safeguards quick and economical driving.
- The 6-speed automatic transmission for vehicles of up to seven tons selects the gears and - electromechanically - also actuates the clutch and changes gears.
