Shock Absorber
Suspension comfort suffers when chassis movements caused by driving over uneven surfaces, changing directions, braking, and accelerating are transmitted "unfiltered", so to speak, to the passengers. Shock absorbers substantially reduce this effect and thus contribute substantially to passenger comfort. Moreover, hopping wheels and strong chassis vibrations due to improperly functioning shock absorbers lead to increased wear on the tires and chassis components.
Clutches
They are mainly made up of a clutch disc, clutch cover and releaser, although various constructions do exist depending on application needs. All clutch components have been tuned to reach the same life span. In the event that a clutch component breaks down, it is strongly recommended that the entire clutch is replaced. For this reason, ZF Trading has created the ideal solution with the complete kit product range; made up of a clutch cover, clutch disc, and releaser. The kit includes the special grease required for fitting and problem-free operation.
Steering and Suspension Components
They must provide an ultimate level of safety in all driving situations which can occur either influenced by the driver or not. The status "D-part" (safety component) requires an extensive array of different tests to be documented in detail.

Only ZF genuine parts feature genuine quality because ZF genuine parts are exclusively produced on the same machines, with the same materials, and the inspected with the same measurement systems as our volume production parts. Steering Gears
Perfect for every application: Rack and pinion power steering. It is as equally suitable for mid-size sedans and light commercial vehicles as it is for sports cars. It enables precise and rapid steering responses at higher speeds without excessive or jittery over-reaction to minor steering adjustments. It optimizes the handling of the vehicle when maneuvering it in or out of a parking space, when turning around in tight spaces or during extreme cornering.
Steering Pumps
Compact, lightweight and effective: ZF Parts steering pumps are characterized by their compact design. They offer a first-rate balance between minimum weight and maximum delivery volume. The wide range covers various pump designs and series. As well as vane pumps and tandem pumps, there are also special energy saving pumps. The electromotively driven Powerpack for electrohydraulic steering systems is tremendously innovative.
Rubber-to-Metal Components
Gearbox and engine bearings connect the transmission and the engine to the chassis. At the same time, they dampen vibrations and eliminate noises such as bucking, engine sounds, reactions to load change, car body drum and transmission noises.With the chassis, rubber-to-metal components are used to improve steering performance and driving stability. They include strut support mounts, control arm brackets, axle beam and stabilizer brackets, as well as subframe brackets. Furthermore, they create an elastic connection between the individual chassis components.
